By compressing your files you can free more space in your hard drive
but using normal method we can just compress our files not high compress
example you have a file with size 300mb so with normal method you can compress it
into 290mb or more but by following below tutorial you can compress your 300mb file into 120mb or less.
High Compressing with Winrar 100%
so let's start by selecting your file that you wanna compress
right click on your file and click on add to archive
select compressing method normal to Best
and archive options create solid archive like following screen shoot.
now click on advance and click on compression.... like following screen shoot.
in next window do setting as i do in following screen shoot

Force
Audio compression.
Disable
true color compression
Disable
now click on ok compressing will be start after complete check your compressed file size and drop your comments here.
