- first of all associated blog with your personal Google+ profile
- now go to setting > Posts, comments and sharing settings
- from Google+ Comments Tab set Use Google+ Comments on this blog No to yes
- save setting now google+ comments are activated on your blog
go to blogger.com and login your account if not logged
now go to your blog dashboard by clicking on blog title
click on setting from your blog dashboard and go to Posts, comments and sharing setting
