in this tutorial i will show you how to convert your picture into pencil sketch by using adobe Photoshop so first of all open your image in adobe photoshop which picture you are going to convert into pencil sketch i choose following picture.
now make duplicate layer of your image by pressing ctrl+J
and apply desaturate filter on your copied layer by pressing ctrl+shift+U
after applying desaturate your picture look like following screenshot.
again make duplicate layer of layer 1 and press ctrl+i
now your picture look like following screenshot
now set blending option normal to color dodge by doing this your image will be white and look like following screenshot
now go to filter blur and apply gaussian bulr filter
after doing this your image look like following screenshot
that's it now set radius and save your image.
now make duplicate layer of your image by pressing ctrl+J
and apply desaturate filter on your copied layer by pressing ctrl+shift+U
after applying desaturate your picture look like following screenshot.

now set blending option normal to color dodge by doing this your image will be white and look like following screenshot
now go to filter blur and apply gaussian bulr filter
after doing this your image look like following screenshot
that's it now set radius and save your image.
