in this tutorial i will show you how to create text with beautiful effects in my previous tutorial i create sun picture this tutorial is same as creating sun picture in photoshop so let's start by opening photoshop create new image with any size by pressing ctrl+n.

now fill image with black color and type your text.
after typing your text go to filter distort and click on polar coordinates.
from polar coordinates option select polar to rectangular
now go to image rotate canvas and rotate it 90* cw
again go to filter stylize and click on wind.
in wind filter setting window select method wind and direction from the right.
press ctrl+F to apply wind again.
now go to image rotate canvas and rote it 90*ccw
again go to filter distort and click on polar coordinates but this time from polar coordinates setting window select rectangular to polar.
now your text image look like following picture
to make it more beautiful go to blending option and select color overlay to colorize it
