in this tutorial i will show you how to make play video icon on any picture in photoshop by following this tutorial you can easily make play video icon on any picture so let's start by opening photoshop
now open your image i choose following image to make this tutorial.
now select ellipse shape tool by pressing U from your keyboard and create a small circle as i make in following screenshot with black color.
now set opacity of circle shape 100% to 45%
now select custom shape tool choose arrow 6 from custom shape tool and make an arrow with white color on circle as i made in following screenshot
ok now select circle thin frame from custom shape tool
and make a circle on by selecting white color as i made in following screenshot
and your play video icon is ready.
